Edward Perry has been a financial adviser in Reigate since 2007, he formed his investment and financial services knowledge whilst working in the City and Canary Wharf. However, when the opportunity presented itself to open a regional office for Edward Jones Investments he opened their Reigate satellite office in 2007. Since then Edward took the opportunity to become an independent financial adviser and has been serving the local community ever since. In 2016 Edward decided to team up with Daniel Lawrence to build an advice firm true to their vision and ethos of service and a sensible, coherent approach to wealth management. 

Edward specialises in investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning and is qualified to provide advice on Long Term Care. 

Qualifications: Private Client Investment Advice & Management (Level 6 passed with distinction), Diploma in Financial Planning DipPFS (Level 4), CISI Securities & Regulations (level 3), BA Hons Politics, Philosophy & Economics

Daniel started working in the financial services industry in Reigate in 2010, since then he has worked for a London based stockbrokers before returning to work in Reigate at Define Financial Planning Ltd. In 2016 Daniel decided to team up with Edward Perry to build an advice firm true to their vision and ethos of service and a sensible, coherent approach to wealth management. Daniel has experience in helping high net worth individuals, families and businesses to make the most out of their finances. Daniel's time in the City was as a Private Client Investment Manager. The role entailed building investment portfolio's utilising investments such as collective investments and direct equities bespoke to client needs.
Daniel specialises in investment planning, retirement planning, estate planning and is qualified to provide advice on Long Term Care. 

Qualifications: Diploma in Advanced Financial Planning (Level 7). Private Client Investment Advice & Management (Level 6 passed with distinction). Certificate in Advanced Financial Planning (Level 6).  Investment Advice Diploma, Private Client Advice (both Level 4) and Certificate in Securities (Level 3).

Morgan graduated with a 1st Class Degree in International Business. Whilst at University Morgan set up his own business and played semi-professional rugby. He then started his career in financial services as a trainee financial adviser in Banstead. Morgan joined Perry Monroe in May 2022 and is a financial planner who helps clients create streamlined financial plans for different stages in life. Morgan has the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4) and is currently working towards Level 6 Chartered status.

Nick began his career in finance and accounting, qualifying as a Management Accountant and gaining extensive experience across a variety of roles within the finance function. Wanting to make a more meaningful difference to people’s lives, Nick transitioned into financial planning, bringing with him a strong technical background and a wealth of transferable skills.

Nick joined Perry Monroe in August 2026 to support the Directors in delivering a high-quality, client-focused service. Having completed the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, Nick is continuing to develop his expertise and is working towards achieving Certified and Chartered status.

Qualifications: CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS), Certificate in Securities Advice and Dealing, Certificate in Discretionary Investment Management, Award in Long Term Care Insurance, CFA Investment Management Certificate (IMC).

Vanessa Sheppard

Vanessa started her career working for the Financial Times supporting the Group Finance Director, she has held various Board Level PA roles and has 13 years experience working as an administrator to financial advisers. Since joining Perry Monroe in September 2018 as a Senior Financial Administrator, Vanessa has become an integral part of the company and is now responsible for the overall management of the office.
Daniel Randall

Paraplanner

Daniel's career in finance started with the Holmesdale Building Society where he worked in a number of customer-facing roles, initially as a cashier, working his way up to being the savings manager, a role which included setting the savings rates the Building Society offered. Daniel left to progress his career within Financial Services, he joined a local firm where he trained and qualified as a Paraplanner, a role which he has now been doing for four years. Daniel joined Perry Monroe in June 2024 to assist the Directors to allow them to continue to provide a client focused service.

Qualifications: Certificate in Paraplanning (level 4) and is currently studying for the Diploma in Financial Planning which he hopes to complete later this year.
